David Bonifas

Book a personal training session with Dave!

David or Dave (honestly he didn't care which you use) has been training people for 10 years. He loves training individual clients and helping them get stronger so they can be better at the things they enjoy outside of the gym. Stronger people live longer. In purist fashion he loves being a generalist when it comes to fitness. Give him a sled, some slam balls, pull-ups, and handstands and Dave is in his element. If you're lucky you may even see his cute little dog, Millie, at his side while training with him.

*Don't ever ask him what his diet is because it'll probably just upset you. (He probably had Häagen-Dazs for dinner)*

Maria Sui

Maria stumbled across an article about CrossFit when she was searching for boot camp style workouts in 2014. After reading the article, she knew that was exactly the type of workout she was looking for. After 3 years of CrossFit, she obtained her L1 coaching certification and now she has her L2 certification. She believes the importance in having good form; it minimizes the chances of having injuries, it allows for more efficient movement, and it just makes the movements look prettier. Most importantly though, she believes in finding the fun in working out.
